Collaboration model
After a short brief, we define responsibility and choose a model that reflects the true complexity of the project.
Best for a clear scope. Tasks, stages and the management fee are agreed in advance.
Used when production volume and vendor count depend directly on the total event budget.
A combined model for complex events: the base work is covered by a fixed fee and project scale by a percentage.
Inside the project
Management is not passed between separate suppliers. We connect creative, budget, logistics, people and delivery in one working system.
We define who the event is for and why it exists. That shapes the idea, format and narrative logic.
We build the budget, stages, approval points and a clear payment schedule.
We select the space and plan guest flows, build, transport and everything that must arrive on time.
Lighting, sound, décor, catering and other teams work to one shared plan and timing.
We assign roles and set up communication, registration, wayfinding and on-site service.
We prepare backups, coordinate event day and close the project after the final guest leaves.
